We are family owned and operated. As in the About Us section, we do business in good faith. Thank you for your business. We appreciate the faith you put into us to give you the product we advertise in a timely manner. Most products are shipped within 2 business days of payment processing. If there will be a delay, we will notify you.
Returns: Each of the products we sell have been checked.
--For DVDs, we have visually inspected the discs for obvious scratches or nicks, then put each disc into a player to ensure it will begin to play in either a DVD movie player or in a DVD computer disc drive. (We obviously cannot guarantee compatability with every player or computer.)
--For VHS Tapes, we've done the same visual inspection, then put each VHS into a tape player and watched it begin playing. We do not guarantee the entire movie, as we have not watched the entire movie on each of these VHS tapes.
--For Books, many of the used books have been read, marked in, notated, and otherwise inscribed by previous owner(s). Each book has been flipped through to check visually if any pages have been obviously torn out or otherwise damaged.
--For Other Items, visual and other inspections to ensure good-faith sales have been done for every single item we advertise.
Refunds: Every refund request will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
--Incorrect / mismatched product. If we ship a product that does not match your order, we will exchange it for the correct item at no additional cost to you. Our error should not cost you anything. With the correct product shipment, we will include return packaging for the incorrect item, including necessary tracking information. IMPORTANT!! If we do not receive the incorrect product within 14 calendar days, we will understand you wish to keep the item, and require immediate payment as listed.
--Damaged In Transit. If the item is damaged in transit, we may replace the item with one of equivelent value at no additional cost to you. In order to ensure good relations with our customers, we will communicate with you to replace it with a product you will value, and will require return of the damaged item.
--Other Refunds. In the real world, there may be cases where other refunds are necessary, and we will determine those individually.
